The following is a list of positions and descriptions.

Chocolate Maker

The Chocolate Maker will work in facets of the bean-to-bar chocolate production process, including processing cacao into finished chocolate, preparing finished bars and confectionery pieces, piping decorations, and packaging.

Soda Jerks

The soda jerk creates the Franklin Fountain experience for our guests by providing prompt service, quality drinks and desserts all while maintaining a clean and comfortable shop.

Production Kitchen

The Production Kitchen Team produces all Franklin Fountain and Shane Confectionery products including ice cream bases, ice cream, toppings, soda syrups, baked goods, and cooking candy centers, on modern and turn-of-the-century equipment.

Janitorial/Maintenance and/or Driver

Don’t mind hauling, moving, lifting (at least 50lbs), cleaning, or organizing? The ideal candidate must be confident with interfacing with deliveries, flexible, positive attitude, and willing to perform a multitude of tasks.  Responsible for janitorial duties, restocking, receiving and making deliveries, etc. Shift is 7AM-3PM.
