The soda jerk creates the Franklin Fountain experience for our guests by providing prompt service, quality drinks and desserts all while maintaining a clean and comfortable shop.
The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing the opening and closing procedures of the shop and acts as the Manager-on-duty when a Manager or Assistant Manager is not available.
The Kitchen Assistant assists in the production of all Franklin Fountain products including ice cream bases, ice cream, toppings, soda syrups, baked goods, etc. while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Don’t mind hauling, moving, lifting (at least 50lbs), cleaning, or organizing? The ideal candidate must be confident with interfacing with deliveries, flexible, positive attitude, and willing to perform a multitude of tasks.
The Prep/Facilities Manager will oversee issues related to building and equipment maintenance and repairs and manager our Prep Crew team who are responsible for janitorial duties, restocking, receiving and making deliveries, etc. Full-time position.
